Initial Consultation
We are committed to finding the right ventilation system for you, from upgrading basic extractor fan units through to whole house MVHR heat recovery ventilation. Our experienced team will work with you via email and over the phone to ascertain the correct system type you require, taking into consideration your budget, requirements, and suitability to meet your
particular needs.
We will produce a system quotation for you based on the information provided during this consultation.
System Design and Quotation
Following the initial consultation process, our design team will produce your specification and quotation. Depending on the type of system identified we may require structural plans or construction blueprints
and, working alongside the system manufacturer, we may also conduct a site visit to produce your bespoke design to meet both installation and regulation requirements for the project. These plans can be used by your installer as an installation guide and will allow us to quote for the precise items needed, so that your system comes complete with the required products to install your new system as efficiently as possible.
Continued After-Sales Support
Once you have received your new system, both you and your installer will receive ongoing support throughout the installation process to help with any queries that may arise.
Your system comes backed with a guaranteed 5-year
warranty which will also cover support from the manufacturer should you require assistance further down the line.
