Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We only offer standard delivery.

United Kingdom - £4.95

Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man - £15

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on your location.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you. We have a 14-day window to raise lost shipments with DPD to allow them to investigate and either find or refund the lost item. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we will not be able to refund or replace lost shipments. Please keep us up to date if items still do not arrive to avoid disappointment. Any loss that occurred during delivery will be replaced or refunded once the courier has completed their investigation and the lost items are either found and returned to us or declared lost by the courier. The courier may contact you directly for information pertaining to their investigation. If they do not receive a response, the investigation will be ended, and no replacement or refund will be honoured.

Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
