The HRXE-HERA range operate by continuously extracting moisture-laden air from ‘wet’ rooms within the property whilst simultaneously drawing in fresh, filtered supply air from outside. The heat from the extracted stale air is recovered via a heat exchanger inside the heat recovery unit which becomes tempered and filtered, before being supplied into the habitable rooms, creating comfortable and well ventilated homes.

The heat exchanger block within these units can recover up to 95% of the normally wasted heat. The two independent fans have full-speed control for background and boost ventilation rates.

The HRXE-HERA features an integral humidistat and automatic summer bypass function. In warmer months this function automatically activates to ensure the property is being well-ventilated and comfort levels are maintained in the home by continuously drawing in fresh filtered air into the habitable rooms.

Shipping Information

Fast shipping

Our aim is that all stock items ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day on a 2-3 working day delivery service. This does exclude some of the more remote Welsh, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highland postcodes, which are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If you require a product urgently we suggest that you contact us first to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels. Non-stock items generally have a 3-5 working day lead time from manufacturers and we will contact you with updates if there are any delays. Wherever possible for larger items we will endeavour to have them shipped directly to you from the manufacturer to minimise shipping times.
