The Sentinel Kinetic Plus is ideal for larger homes and multiple-occupancy buildings, such as care homes and student accommodations. With a capacity of 400m³/hr at 150Pa, it can effectively extract air from up to ten bathrooms and a communal kitchen while maintaining nearly 90% heat recovery. The fully automatic operation of the Kinetic range ensures continuous, optimal ventilation.
The Kinetic’s BMS (Building Management System) capability is particularly beneficial for commercial applications, allowing landlords or property managers to monitor and optimize building performance and maintenance. The system provides status updates and includes self-diagnostic features to detect and report faults.
Spigots can be repositioned for horizontal connections or a combination of vertical and horizontal setups. Optional 180mm/200mm spigots are also available, simplifying connections in commercial installations using larger diameter ductwork.

Non-stock items generally have a 3-5 working day lead time from manufacturers and we will contact you with updates if there are any delays.
